Amy Auth joined Dwyer & Collora, LLP in 2008, representing clients in all areas of the firm’s practice, including complex civil and criminal litigation in federal and state courts.   She provides representation for individuals and companies in cases involving fraud, false claims, securities, commercial torts and contract disputes.

Prior to joining Dwyer & Collora, LLP, Ms. Auth was an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP.  From 2002 to 2004, Ms. Auth served as a law clerk to the Hon. Ernest C. Torress of the U.S. District Court, District of Rhode Island.

In 2008, Ms. Auth was named a "Rising Star" by Superlawyers Magazine in the area of Business Litigation.

A graduate of Boston College Law School, Ms. Auth served as a Senior Editor of the Boston College Law Review.

Ms. Auth is a litigation associate specializing in complex civil and criminal defense cases in federal and state courts. She represents individuals and entities in all phases of civil and criminal litigation including grand jury and agency investigations, civil and criminal discovery, trial preparations, trials, post-conviction litigation, sentencing, and appeals.
