Ariatna Villegas-Vázquez is an attorney at Dwyer & Collora, LLP and represents clients in all of the firm's practice areas, including civil litigation and criminal defense.

Fluent in Spanish, Ms. Villegas-Vázquez has experience in all aspects of litigation, including formulating strategy, filing and responding to complaints and discovery requests, writing and arguing motions in court, and conducting and defending depositions.

Ms. Villegas-Vázquez has been involved in litigation for over five years and joined Dwyer & Collora, LLP, in 2007. As a student attorney at Boston University School of Law, she represented juvenile and adult indigent defendants in the Suffolk County Juvenile Court and Boston Municipal Court, respectively.

Areas of Representation:

Ms. Villegas-Vázquez  is a litigation associate specializing in complex civil and criminal defense cases in federal and state courts. She represents individuals and entities in all phases of civil and criminal litigation including grand jury and agency investigations, civil and criminal discovery, trial preparations, trials, post-conviction litigation, sentencing and appeals.

  • Representation of corporate clients in state and federal criminal investigations.
  • Represented an international corporate client against a state class action suit.
  • Represented an individual in a sex and age discrimination case.
  • Represented a leading waste industry corporation in a contract dispute and alleged violations of the Massachusett's Consumer Protection Act in Federal Court.
  • Represented a former district manager of a pharmaceutical company who was indicted with obstruction of a federal off-label promotion investigation.
  • Representation of clients pro bono in criminal matters in state court on referral from Massachusetts Women's Bar Foundation Framingham Project for Incarcerated Women.
