Justin O’Brien is an attorney at Dwyer & Collora, LLP who represents clients in all areas of the firm’s practice, including civil litigation and criminal defense.
He provides representation for individuals and companies in cases involving fraud, false claims, securities, commercial torts and contract disputes.
Mr. O’Brien served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patti B. Saris on the United States District Court before joining Dwyer & Collora, LLP, in 2005. He previously worked as a public affairs consultant and political campaign organizer for U.S. Senators Edward Kennedy and John Kerry.

Mr. O'Brien represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts and before various government agencies. He practices in general commercial litigation, criminal defense and government investigations.
