Palash Gupta is an attorney at Dwyer & Collora, LLP who represents clients in criminal defense, health care and civil litigation.  At Boston College Law School, Mr. Gupta was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court team and won the best speaker award at the Jessup Super Regional New York Round as the team qualified for the International Rounds.  He also received the Peter A. Donovan Award (shared) for the outstanding oral advocate of the BC Law graduating class of 2008. Mr. Gupta was on the BC Law Board of Student Advisors and co-chaired the Boston College Law School Mock Trial Competition in 2006-2007.  At Boston College he was the Director of the Boston College Graduate International Student Association.

Mr. Gupta graduated from the National Law School of India in 2001, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team winning the prize for best speaker and best team at the Kerala Law Academy Moot Court Competition in 2001.  He practiced as In-House Counsel for Unilever, India for four years concentrating his practice on civil and criminal litigation, property disputes, contractual claims and sales tax disputes.

Areas of Representation:

Mr. Gupta is a litigation associate with his practice based on civil cases, criminal defense and health care.  His work on the cases involves an array of federal and state subject areas including business disputes, auditor liability and health care.
