Rachel Zoob-Hill is an attorney at Dwyer & Collora, LLP concentrating her practice on complex civil litigation, white collar criminal defense, employment issues and professional malpractice matters.
She has represented clients against allegations of insider trading and has worked with public entities and nonprofit organizations in cases implicating First Amendment interests. She has special expertise in the area of real estate law and also frequently represents clients in cases before the Board of Bar Overseers.
Ms. Zoob-Hill has been involved in litigation for over 4 years. Prior to joining Dwyer & Collora, LLP, in 2005, Rachel was an associate at Goulston & Storrs, and a clerk for the Honorable David Mazzone of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
